Is Freshman Start right for you?
Students who do not qualify for the University’s ENG 101 and/or MATH 120 or 126 due to low test scores can benefit from the Freshman Start program in a number of ways:

• By passing ENG 098 and/or MATH 096, you will meet the requirements to enroll in ENG 101 and/or
  MATH 120 or 126 next fall.
• Summer courses will move you toward fulfilling degree requirements and open a spot for a class in fall.
• Freshman Start classes on campus in summer will prepare you for the college experience.
